Romney targets Hispanics in television ad

BOSTON, Aug. 28 (UPI) -- The Romney campaign debuted a television advertisement Tuesday, with the presumptive Republican nominee expressing concern for Hispanics, a news release said.

The ad, called "Juntos" ("Together"), offers Mitt Romney's concerns about the adverse effects of the Obama administration on the Hispanic population, an important and contested voting bloc in the 2012 national election.

"Hispanics are hurting, with so many unemployed, and those who are working are having to do more with less. You deserve better. For the sake of our children and grandchildren, we must do better," the script reads, ending with "Juntos, we can revive the American Dream."
