ATLANTA, June 4 (UPI) -- Former Republican U.S. presidential candidate Herman Cain said Monday he plans to host a nationally syndicated radio talk show, beginning of Jan. 21.

The show will originate from WSB, Atlanta, and replace Neal Boortz, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Prior to his presidential campaign, Cain hosted a similar show on the Atlanta news/talk station.

The New York Times reported it was not immediately clear whether the 200 stations currently picking up Boortz' show would pick up Cain's. The Jan. 21 start coincides with Inauguration Day.

Cain was forced to drop his presidential bid following sexual harassment allegations.
