NEW YORK, May 15 (UPI) -- Dominique Strauss-Kahn, arrested last year for criminal assault against a Manhattan maid who is currently suing him, has filed a countersuit, court papers say.
The former head of the International Monetary Fund called Nafissatou Diallo's accusation "malicious" in his court filing Monday, citing his imprisonment in New York, his house arrest and his loss of employment at the IMF "and other professional opportunities," and is countersuing for at least $1 million, CNN reported Tuesday.
