WASHINGTON, April 10 (UPI) -- President Obama speaks about the Buffett Rule that would impose a minimum tax on the wealthy Tuesday in a speech at Boca Raton, Fla., the White House said.

The daily schedule indicates Obama will:

-- Speak at a campaign event in West Palm Beach, Fla.

-- Discuss the Buffett Rule, which would set a minimum 30 percent tax rate for incomes of at least $1 million during a speech at Florida Atlantic University. The proposal is based on an idea from billionaire investor Warren Buffett, who had said he pays less in tax than his secretary under the current tax laws.

-- Deliver remarks at a campaign event in Hollywood, Fla.

-- Return to Washington.
