Child porn stash includes restroom videos

BALLEVUE, Wash., March 19 (UPI) -- A Seattle-area man was charged with possessing child pornography, including videotapes secretly taken of boys in the men's room of a local shopping mall.

Police arrested Brian R. Lee of Bellevue, and prosecutors in King County Superior Court contend his collection of child pornography includes six videos, shot by Lee in 2009 and 2010, of "unsuspecting males using bathroom stalls" in Bellevue's Crossroads Mall, charging documents say.

Several of the people look to be willing participants in the video shoot, but others, including a 6-year-old boy since identified by investigators, appear to be victims of voyeurism and unaware of the camera, a detective wrote in court documents.

Investigators identified the mall restroom by its distinctive walls, and identified the boy after a review of school photographs, the SeattlePI.com reported Monday.

Lee has not been jailed, and charging documents did not indicate how many users of the restroom were on the videotapes.
