WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- President Obama honors the Boston Bruins, winners of the 2011 Stanley Cup Monday, the White House schedule says.

The daily agenda indicated Obama will:

-- Receive the daily briefing with Vice President Joe Biden.

-- Welcome the six-time cup champion Bruins to the White House. Obama also will highlight the Boston Bruins Foundation, which has donated more than $7 million to charitable organizations in New England.
