Baker, sentenced to as long as 18 years in prison for the murder of her disabled 10-year-old stepdaughter, faces three federal drug charges, accused of selling pills in Catawba and Caldwell counties.

In May a grand jury indicted Baker on seven counts of drug trafficking.

The combined charges could carry a 60-year jail sentence and a fine of $2.25 million, WCNC-TV reported.
