ATLANTA, Oct. 11 (UPI) -- An Atlanta-area woman arrested for allegedly trying to steal a $49,000 truck has been charged with bigamy in a separate warrant, authorities say.

Diane Tucker, 48, of Powder Springs is accused of marrying Cesar Alexandro Saldivar on April 19, 2007, when she was already married to Edwin Windelberg, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Tuesday.

The Cobb County Sheriff's Office said Tucker didn't divorce Windelberg until almost a year after marrying Saldivar.

Police found out about the marriages when they arrested Tucker for stopping payment on a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado K150 she purchased in Paulding County.

Tucker said she never received the title for the truck but the warrant states police discovered she pawned the title for $5,000.
