Mangione was the regional chief of ICE in South Florida, until his suspension in April after four images of child pornography were allegedly found on his computer, The Miami Herald said.

A Justice Department statement said Mangione pleaded not guilty to child pornography offenses on the Internet, including transporting and receiving "visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct."
