WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barak Obama will discuss providing states with relief from key provisions of the No Child Left Behind law Friday, the daily schedule says.

The president's remarks will be delivered in the East Room of the White House in the morning.

The daily schedule indicates Obama will also:

--Meet with members of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus at the White House.
