Casey Anthony probation documents released

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 29 (UPI) -- The Florida Department of Corrections has released documents Casey Anthony read and signed to begin her one year of probation in a check fraud case.

Her attorneys had argued Anthony had served probation for the check fraud charge while awaiting trial for first-degree murder and other charges in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie.

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry ruled a paperwork error regarding Anthony's probation should not stop her from serving her probation sentence upon her release from jail.

Anthony, who was acquitted of the murder charge, began serving her probation last week, the Orlando Sentinel reported Monday

She signed an acknowledgment that she received a copy of the probation documents is responsible for complying with their conditions.

Among the conditions is that she have no contact with the victim in the check fraud, that she not possess firearms and that she remain drug-free subject to testing.
