Police: Murder victim may be under house

PHOENIX, May 24 (UPI) -- Phoenix police say they may have found the body of a man who disappeared in 2009 two months after a former employee was convicted of killing him.

Police and employees of the Maricopa Medical Examiner's Office spent Tuesday at a house in East Phoenix, KPHO-TV, Phoenix, reported. Investigators believe William McGrath is buried under the house, a police spokesman, Trent Crump, said.

McGrath vanished in 2009. In October that year, Brad Tocker, 49, was charged with fraud and murder.

Tocker was convicted of murder in March even though McGrath's body had not been found.

The two men met online and Tocker joined him in a remodeling business. Investigators say Tocker began using McGrath's identity.
