A 29-year-old woman at the day-care center was shot in the head and is making a slow recovery while a 31-year-old man wounded in the face is said to be in good condition and a 34-year-old woman who suffered a graze wound to the head has fully recovered, police said.

All three were severely mentally disabled, police said.
