Obama to speak to Chamber of Commerce

WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 (UPI) -- President Obama speaks to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Monday at the chamber's headquarters in Washington, The White House said.

Before his speech at the chamber, Obama will receive the daily briefings, the daily agenda indicates.

In the afternoon, Obama will have lunch with Paul Volcker, who was chairman of the Economic Recovery Advisory Board until January.

In the afternoon, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later, the president will meet with Vice President Joe Biden in the Oval Office.
