Loughner is accused of shooting up Rep. Gabrielle Giffords' meet-and-greet Saturday in the parking lot of a grocery store, killing six people, including a federal judge, and wounding 13, including Giffords.

Loughner's father, Randy, told investigators his son removed a black bag from the family vehicle Saturday morning, the Arizona Daily Star reported.
