Anderson came to the hospital's emergency front desk Monday evening and became angry when no one immediately checked his colostomy bag for blood he said he was in it, witnesses told police.

He entered a bathroom and then returned a short time later and allegedly threw the bag at a nurse. He missed the nurse and the bag hit the floor, making a mess, The Springfield (Ill.) State Journal-Register reported Wednesday.
