KNOXVILLE, Tenn., March 11 (UPI) -- An attorney for a University of Tennessee student accused of accessing Sarah Palin's e-mail account says the former governor will testify in his client's case.
Defense attorney Wade Davies said Wednesday when Palin arrives next month at the U.S. District Court in Knoxville, Tenn., the former Alaskan governor should be in possession of all documents related to her personal Yahoo! e-mail account, the Knoxville (Tenn.) News-Sentinel reported.
