Human remains may be Lotto winner

PLANT CITY, Fla., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Authorities in Hillsborough County, Fla., said officials have not determined whether human remains found inside an area home are a missing Lotto jackpot winner.

Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee said a medical examiner would analyze the remains found inside a home in Plant City, Fla., to determine if they are from Lotto winner Abraham Shakespeare, the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times said Friday.

Shakespeare, 43, went missing in April 2009 and the home where the remains were found has connections to Dorice "Dee Dee" Moore, who authorities deemed a person of interest in Shakespeare's disappearance.

The Times said the remains were found during a search under a concrete slab at the home of Shar Krasniqi, who is suspected of being Moore's boyfriend.

Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Debbie Carter confirmed investigators Friday were continuing to search the Plant City site in the hope of finding additional evidence in the case of the missing $31 million lottery winner.
