Police say he is accused of shoving his mother during an argument about the theft of a relative's car.

In January 2009, the boy made national news after he was arrested for masquerading as a Chicago police officer.

He was only 14 years old when he showed up at the Grand Crossing District station in a police uniform and went on patrol with another officer.

Seven Chicago policemen were disciplined as a result of the incident.

Last May the teen was arrested for posing as a buyer at a South Side Chicago car dealership.
