Police said the incident began when Julia E. Laack was caught on surveillance video stealing a beef snack and a lighter in a convenience store,

When police arrived at her home, Laack said they couldn't arrest her because she began stripping to her underwear as her children watched, the newspaper said.

As she was handcuffed, she attempted to kick one officer in the groin, and once in the squad car, exposed her buttocks in the vehicle's rear window, police said.

A breath test on Laack showed a 0.11 blood alcohol level, the Press reported.

She was convicted of felony battery on a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor retail theft and resisting arrest.
