Orange County serial flasher gets 10 years

SANTA ANA, Calif., Jan. 8 (UPI) -- A judge sentenced a Southern California man to 10 years in prison Friday for flashing dozens of women in Orange County over a three-year period.

Christopher Fenn, 47, of Mission Viejo pleaded guilty in September to 27 counts of indecent exposure after being charged with confronting women while nude in various parks and at their homes.

Fenn, an insurance underwriter, was apprehended by a passerby last February when he peeked in the window of a Tustin woman's apartment and exposed himself, the Orange County District Attorney's office said in a written statement Friday.

The subsequent investigation revealed Fenn had flashed nearly 100 women in Orange County. Many of the incidents occurred in the morning hours while he was on his way to his office.

Fenn, who is married and has four kids, had a previous indecent-exposure conviction on his record.
