David Allen Tyner, 28, a resident of Mayes County about 100 miles northeast of Oklahoma City, turned himself in to authorities in his home area, KOCO-TV, Oklahoma City, reported. Investigators say they believe he was not the only killer.

Tyner, a graduate of Salina High School, was recruited in 2000 as a wrestler by the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, The (Pryor, Okla.) Daily Times reported. More recently, he has been a mixed martial arts fighter.

The bodies of Phillips, Milagros Barrera, 22, Jennifer Ermey, 25, and Casey Barrientos, 32, were found Nov. 9. Police said they were shot.

Both Phillips and Barrera were pregnant. Under Oklahoma law, first-degree murder charges can be brought when the victim is a fetus.
