Mom allegedly pepper sprays 2 daughters

TEMPE, Ariz., Aug. 5 (UPI) -- A Tempe, Ariz., woman faces charges for allegedly attacking her two daughters with pepper spray, police reports indicated.

The Arizona Republic reported Michelle Dawn Antone, 35, was intoxicated in the family's home and became angry with her daughters, ages 15 and 10, around 4 p.m. Saturday.

The girls fled the house until around 6 p.m. When they returned, Antone asked them for her keys, and then sprayed them with pepper spray when the elder daughter said she couldn't get into the locked room, police said.

Antone fled the house, but was soon found by police at a nearby park. She was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault.
