A draft of the resolutions, obtained by KUNA, denounce Israeli practices against Palestinians, affirm a right to establish an independent Palestinian state and demand a halt of Israeli settlements.

The draft copy also indicated the OIC foreign ministers affirmed the sovereignty of Iraq and its government's efforts to preserve the country's security and stability.

The ministers denounced resolutions linking terrorism with race and religion and called for a U.N.-sponsored conference to identify terrorism, KUNA reported.

The ministers, in the draft, showed solidarity with Khartoum against "aggressive plots targeting the sovereignty of Sudan" and criticized foreign interference in Sudan's affairs, including the International Criminal Court's indictment of Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir for crimes arising from fighting in Darfur, KUNA said.

The draft statement backed Yemen's unity. It denounced recent attacks on Mogadishu and called for reactivation of Somalia's OIC membership.
