ETON, Ga., May 13 (UPI) -- A Virginia prison fugitive has been apprehended in Georgia after 27 years on the run, officials said Wednesday.
Richard Boucher, 56, who escaped from a Chesapeake, Va., prison in 1983, was arrested in the tiny north Georgia town of Eton, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Boucher was serving a 10-year sentence for robbery when he escaped, FBI spokesman Stephen Emmett said.
"Boucher, utilizing the alias name of Eric Colemen, had been living in Murray County (Ga.) for most of the last 27 years," he added.
Boucher's wife, Debbie Boucher, 53, who had allegedly been living under the alias Debbie Coleman, was also arrested, the newspaper said.
