KISHINEV, Moldova, Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said in Moldova Friday his government was doing everything it could to apprehend suspected war criminals.
"I want to assure you that the institutions of the Republic of Serbia are decisively taking all measures to find and arrest all the remaining Hague fugitives," Dacic said at a meeting of the Central European Initiative in Modolva. "We expect the (European Union) to unfreeze the implementation of the interim agreement as soon as possible, thus opening the path for hastening Serbia's integration process and becoming a candidate for European Union membership in 2009."
It was earlier announced that Moldova's priority at the summit would be accelerating the European integration of all members, B92 reported.
