ATLANTA, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- A voter advocacy group in Georgia said it will appeal a judge's refusal to scrap the state's electronic voting system.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Michael Johnson Monday dismissed a lawsuit brought by VoterGa, reported The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

VoterGa contends the touch-screen machines used in Georgia elections violate the Equal Protection clause of the Constitution and are prone to fraud because because they don't provide paper records of votes.
