LONDON, July 25 (UPI) -- The British Marine Conservation Society has warned swimmers that a Portuguese Man O' War, a creature resembling a jellyfish, was seen off the British coast.
A Man O' War, which is actually a collection of organisms, was spotted in waters near Land's End, England, The Telegraph reported Friday.

"There have been several cases of this creature killing swimmers around the world," Marine Conservation Society representative Peter Richardson said.
Richardson said Man O' War stings often lead to lesions and fever.
