WOBURN, Mass., June 18 (UPI) -- Neil Entwistle allegedly researched killing techniques on the Web before he allegedly shot his wife and baby in their Massachusetts home.
A computer specialist testified Tuesday at the trial of Entwistle, 29, that the British man used Google searches on his laptop computer to find "how to kill with a knife" just four days before the 2006 killings, The Boston Globe reported Wednesday.
This is "Internet history I retrieved from the laptop," said Lawrence James during the eighth day of trial in Middlesex Superior Court. "The top section indicates a visit on Jan. 16, 2006."
Judge Diane Kottmyer also made a series of rulings allowing the further use of information taken from the laptop. The prosecution is expected to argue the evidence will demonstrate Entwistle visited porn sites, sought escorts and maintained an Adult Friend Finder account.
