WEST CARROLLTON, Ohio, June 17 (UPI) -- One person died and a second was injured Tuesday in a small plane crash south of Dayton, Ohio, officials said.
The aircraft went down shortly after 10:30 a.m. in West Carrollton, Ohio, WLWT-TV in Cincinnati reported.
The plane went down across the Great Miami River from the Moraine Air Park off Interstate 75, the TV station reported.
Officials said a man died in the crash and a woman was airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The victims were not identified.
WHIO-TV reported the plane was going to Reno, Nev., to be turned over to a buyer.
