Brazil: $100 million paintings missing

SAO PAULO, Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Thieves stole two paintings valued at $100 million from the Museum of Art in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Estado de Sao Paulo reported Friday.

The paintings by Pablo Picasso, entitled "Suzanne Bloch," and another by Brazilian artist Candido Portinari, were taken Thursday from the museum by three men, museum officials told police.

The museum's video surveillance caught the theft on camera, though the identities of the robbers could not be determined.
