No bail for U of Chicago murder suspect

CHICAGO, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- The man accused of serving as a lookout during the killing of a University of Chicago graduate student last November is being held without bond.

Benjamin Williams, 21, and two other suspects are accused of killing Senegalese student Amadou Cisse, 28, Nov. 19 and then embarking on a spree of other violent crimes.

Williams, who has admitted his role in the crimes, allegedly helped select victims and then watched for police, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Sunday. Authorities said he is one of five people involved, though so far only two others have been arrested.

Williams was arrested Dec. 14, and appeared in court Saturday.
