MOSCOW, Aug. 15 (UPI) -- Russia's Interior Ministry and FSB security service are investigating a videotape posted on the Internet by Russian Nazis showing two men being killed.
The video appeared Sunday on several Russian ultranationalist Web sites by a group calling itself the National-Socialist Party of Russia, a New York Times correspondent reported from Moscow.
Two young dark-skinned men are seen in the 3-minute tape, one bound with tape and another with rope kneeling in a forest under a large Nazi flag. Captions said the men are from Dagestan and Tajikistan, called for the expulsion from Russia of all Asians from the Caucasus and demanded the resignation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Times report said.
In the tape, one of the captors, all of whom are wearing camouflage clothing and black masks, uses a large knife and beheads one man. The tape also shows the second captive being shot in the head and slumping into a shallow grave.
Mark Tolchinsky, spokesman for the Interior Ministry of Dagestan, a region in the Russian Caucasus, said investigators believe it to be authentic, the Times said.
