Israel, Gaza, trade rocket fire

JERUSALEM, May 20 (UPI) -- Four Palestinians, including a 15-year-old boy, were killed when Israel retaliated for rocket attacks against Sderot, it was reported Sunday.

Three of those killed Saturday night were Hamas members transporting weapons in a car in Gaza, Israeli authorities said.

The boy, a civilian, died Saturday when Israeli soldiers targeted a Qassam rocket launch site in Gaza, reported Ynetnews.

More than 100 Qassam rockets have hit western Negev, primarily in Sderot, in the last week, including five launched Sunday. There were no reports of physical injuries though seven people were reported suffering from shock.

An Israeli soldier was wounded by shrapnel Saturday when a missile hit the bulldozer he was operating near the border in the northern Gaza strip.

The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, claimed responsibility for the attack, Ynetnews said.
