WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Former White House official Richard A. Clarke Tuesday launched a Web site offering expert opinions and debate on U.S. national security.

Clarke, a former counterterrorism czar, will act as chairman of the Good Harbor Report, which will include among its contributors former federal officials, intelligence professionals, military officers, ambassadors, cyber experts, risk analysts, CEOs, scientists and physicians.

"Our intention is that GoodHarborReport.com will become the first place people look to find unfiltered ideas and uncensored opinions on the most consequential issues of the day," Clarke said in a news release. "The contributors are people who need to be heard."

Filmmaker Len Sherman, whose documentary "Abandon All Hope: Welcome to Afghanistan," warned of a terrorist attack on the United States more than a year before Sept. 11, 2001, is the editor and publisher of Good Harbor.

"Our slogan is, 'The only security is community,'" Sherman said, adding his goal is to create "a community of users with whom we will work to effect positive change, in whatever manner possible, whenever possible."
