TOKYO, Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Japan reports increased movement by cars and trucks around a North Korean nuclear test site.
Kyodo News Service said trucks were observed driving into and out of the facility.

The report came as South Korea's unification minister, Lee Jong-seok, told the National Assembly Unification, Foreign Affairs and Trade Committee asking North Korea to refrain from a nuclear test would be premature, Chosun Ilbo reported.
"North Korea declared last year that it has nuclear arms, and it appears that there is a logical possibility that the test may occur," Lee said. "We will have to proceed with various kinds of analysis."
