BAGHDAD, July 2 (UPI) -- Saddam Hussein's first wife and his oldest daughter are among 41 fugitives on Iraq's "most-wanted" list, a report said.

Sajida Khairallah Tulfah is thought to be in hiding in Qatar, in the United Arab Emirates. The daughter, Raghad, has taken a leading role in the legal defense of the former Iraqi dictator on trial for crimes against humanity, the Voice of America reported Sunday.

Also on the list is new Al-Qaida in Iraq leader Aby Ayyub al-Masri and Saddam's former chief deputy, Izzat ibrahim al-Douri, Authorities believe al-Douri is helping finance the Sunni-led insurgency inside Iraq.

Iraq's new security chief is calling on Arab and other nations to turn over the fugitives to the Iraqi people for justice.
