The newspaper said Nassau County police and the county's Taxi and Limousine Commission were looking for violations involving limos or other charter services carrying students to proms when Brady pulled up at Sand Castle Caterers in Franklin Square, N.Y.

The arrest was part of an effort to crack down on limousine services that allow minors to drink alcohol or take drugs during prom season, the newspaper said.
