SALT LAKE CITY, June 12 (UPI) -- The fugitive leader of a Mormon polygamous sect reportedly has been performing child-bride marriage services in Arizona, the Deseret Morning News reports.

Warren Jeffs, who leads the Fundamentalist LDS Church, is being sought on organized crime charges by the FBI, Utah state officials and now Arizona as well.

"I've heard from a number of different sources who said he's been here," Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard told the Salt Lake City newspaper.

The Utah Attorney General's Office also said it has heard Jeffs continues to exercise his religious authority, most recently in the polygamous border towns of Hildale, Utah, and Colorado City, Ariz.

Jeffs, 50, faces charges in both states of forcing teenage girls into polygamous marriages with older men.

Federal prosecutors have filed charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution against him, and a $100,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest, the newspaper said.
