Man allegedly kills, dismembers brother

READING, Pa., May 26 (UPI) -- A Pennsylvania man was charged Friday with killing his brother, dismembering the body and burying the parts in several places.

Stephen Austin was arrested after police found him near French Creek State Park northwest of Philadelphia, allegedly with some of his brother's body parts still in his Jeep Cherokee, the Allentown Morning Call reported.

Austin allegedly hit his brother Jonathan with a crowbar during an argument Thursday in the garage of the house in Upper Mount Bethel where Jonathan lived with his parents. Investigators say Stephen Austin loaded the body into the Jeep and then cut it up with a saw and hatchet in a secluded part of the property.

A relative called state police late Thursday to report seeing the body parts in the vehicle.
