Jordan's queen says terror know no agenda

WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Queen Rania said she wasn't surprised a woman was arrested for allegedly being part of the plan that killed dozens last week in three Jordanian hotels.

"Nothing really surprises me. What does surprise me is the nature of these acts. The fact that they could walk into a wedding and target innocent civilians celebrating, including women, children and innocent families," the Jordanian queen said Sunday on ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos."

"I think this kind of terror knows no agenda, it knows no nationality, no geography, no religion, no race, no color. Whether it's a man or a woman, I think it's irrelevant. What nationality, where they come from, is irrelevant. The fact that they are able to commit such atrocities, is what really shocks me."
