Brazil: Approval ratings change little

SAO PAULO, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- The approval rating for Brazil's ruling administration and its president has changed little in the last few months according to a poll released Tuesday.

Approval for the administration of President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva dropped slightly from December to February, the National Transport Confederation Poll reported, from 44.5 percent to 42.6 percent.

As for Lula's personal approval, the leftist leader's rating improved during the same period, from 65.4 percent during December to 66.1 percent in February

The poll has a plus or minus 3 percent margin of error.
