Maximum sentence in abortion doctor death

BUFFALO, N.Y., May 9 (UPI) -- James Charles Kopp, convicted of killing abortion-provider Dr. Barnett Slepian, was sentenced to 25 years to life Friday in Buffalo, N.Y. Kopp, who received the maximum sentence, told the court that he felt justified in using force to save unborn lives and had only shot to wound.
