Deal on Frist vaccine bill may be set

WASHINGTON, April 8 (UPI) -- The Senate Wednesday may strike a deal on handling suits by hundreds of parents who say a vaccine additive caused their children's autism. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn., may agree to let suits from the early 1990s go forward, but only in a federal program that limits claims.
