Dali painting missing from N.Y. jail

NEW YORK, March 2 (UPI) -- A painting that surrealist Salvador Dali made for New York City's jail on Riker's Island has apparently been stolen the replaced by a poor copy, police said. The New York Times reported Sunday that Dali's painting of Jesus on a cross had hung in the jail since 1965.
