Ariz gunman; Gulf War gas victim?

TUCSON, Oct. 30 (UPI) -- The gunman who killed three University of Arizona professors and then himself claimed to have been a victim of chemical weapons that spread through his Army camp during the Gulf War. Robert Flores made the claim in a 22-page letter to the Arizona Daily Star that was published Wednesday.
