Brothers' conviction in murder overturned

PENSACOLA, Fla., Oct. 17 (UPI) -- A Pensacola circuit judge overturned the conviction of 13- and 14-year-old brothers Thursday in the beating death of their father. Derek and Alex King were convicted of second-degree murder Sept. 6 in the death last November of their father, Terry King.
