HONOLULU, Aug. 29 (UPI) -- Officials from the National Park Service said Thursday it was too early to say if a sunken Japanese two-man submarine discovered off Pearl Harbor this week would eventually be raised. The 78-foot sub is believed to have been sunk in 1941, just minutes before the historic Japanese air raid began.
