Ex-surgeons general urge health education

LOS ANGELES, July 29 (UPI) -- Minority communities in the United States should push for a more comprehensive system of health and sex education in the schools so that teenagers will become healthier adults. Former Surgeons General David Satcher and Jocellyn Elders told an Urban League panel that good habits need to be instilled early.
