Parish mourns priest who took his life

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., April 4 (UPI) -- A small Roman Catholic parish in northwest Arkansas Thursday mourned the loss of a 56-year-old priest who police say took his own life. The body of the Rev. Joseph Correnti was found Wednesday seated in a parked car in a garage with the engine running. Police say there is no link to the current sexual abuse scandal involving some priests in the Roman Catholic church.
